His Excellency Dr. Neil Parsan DVM, MBA, CACM, RFC
Dr. Neil Parsan assumed the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America, Amb. to The United Mexican States and Permanent Representative of Trinidad and Tobago to the Organization of American States (OAS) on February 7, 2011.Dr. Parsan did his Undergraduate Medical Degree at the University of the West Indies, Faculty of Medical Sciences where he graduated with Distinction. After spending eight (8) years as a Lecturer/Tutor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences (UWI), he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) where he graduated as Top Student with Distinction.He also holds a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) Degree, a CACM from Harvard University School of Public Health and a Diploma in International Trade Management (Dip. ITM) from ITM Worldwide in Sweden.He was a Director in several Companies – locally and regionally. He is presently a Director at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business (GSB) Alumni Board and Vice President of the Private Hospital Association of Trinidad and Tobago (PHATT). He has consulted on several Special Projects locally and internationally. An avid runner and sports enthusiast, he does a lot of traveling and is fluent in Spanish as a Second language. Annetta Seecharan
Director of Policy and Advocacy, United Neighborhood Houses (UNHNY.ORG). She has a 20-year track record as a leader within the social justice movement. Prior to UNH she served as an independent consultant, providing strategy, policy and organizational development services to not-profit organizations. In September 2009 she completed an eight-year tenure as the Executive Director of South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!), the pioneering organization dedicated to ensuring the transition and success of low-income South Asian youth and families in the United States. Under Annetta's leadership SAYA! grew from a start-up to a nationally recognized organization that provides comprehensive youth development programs to 600 youth whilst having an influential voice on public policy issues related to youth and immigrants. At the time of Annetta’s departure, SAYA! was considered to be the largest South Asian American organization.

Prior to joining SAYA!, Annetta spent five years at the International Youth Foundation, where she ran YouthNet International, a best-practices network of youth development organizations in over 30 countries, and created YouthActionNet, now a leading global initiative promoting youth social entrepreneurship. Earlier, Annetta worked for the United Nations Development Fund for Women and the Gender and Development Program of the United Nations Development Program.

A Guyanese immigrant to New York City at the age of 13, Annetta holds an M.A. in international political economy and development from Fordham University, a B.A. in political science from Manhattanville College, and executive management certificates from Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School. She serves on the boards of the New York State Immigrant Action Fund, New York Immigration Coalition and the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development.  In addition to her formal board services, Annetta has been instrumental in the creation of several programs and organizations that address unmet needs in immigrant and low-income communities. 

Pritha Singh
Executive Director & Artistic Director of the Rajkumari Cultural Center, belongs to a family whose members have been distinguished leaders in Indo-Caribbean political, intellectual and cultural life. She is a multi-disciplinary artist - actor, dancer, choreographer, poet, playwright and storyteller - and her work as a producer combines tradition with modern theater techniques.

Pritha studied the Mariammen Theater of Guyana with custodians, Chinappa Virasawmi, Mukain Nagapoolay and her brothers, Karna and Gora. Pritha is particularly interested in preserving and presenting neglected heritage art forms, many of them unique variations of originals, evolved from the diaspora experience in Guyana, Suriname, and Caribbean islands like Trinidad. In 1994, Pritha and her brother, Gora Singh (1950-1997), Kathak dance exponent and choreographer, founded The Rajkumari :Cultural Center which was incorporated in 1996.
